1.      already（yet in questions）

2. Te-from+ほしい- I want somebody to do something.

Note: "ほしい" is い-adjective, so please follow the い-Adjectives conjugation.

Note: If you use Te-from+もらい+ たい instead of ほしい, you can express your desire in a more polite way like “would like someone to do something.
